Conversation is often taken for granted. Anna, a seventeen year old employee at Small Wonder, was guilty of that. When a recurring customer catches her eye, the peculiar curly-haired girl sparked her interest. Wordlessly, the girl she came to know as Jamie completely captivates her. Being deprived of her voice drew Anna's attention in a way she'd never experienced. And when she finally does hear her voice, she comes to find out that there was more to the silence than she initially thought.
