They say the world used to turn. They say that night would follow day in an endless dance. They say that dawn rose, dusk fell, and we worshiped both sun and stars.

That was a long time ago.

The dance has died. The world has fallen still. We float through the heavens, one half always in light, one half always in shadow. Like the moth of our forests, one wing white and the other black, we are torn.

My people are the fortunate. We live in daylight, blessed in the warmth of the sun. Yet across the line, the others lurk in eternal night, afraid... and alone in the dark.

I was born in the light. I was sent into darkness. This is my story.

You have a real gift for setting and imagery that sets you apart from a lot of people on here, and I adore Bailey.
I will certainly be coming back for more.

Hmmm... Big eyes and white skin... Sounds like their enemies are anime characters! Maybe they just hate weebs...
How do you know the people of night aren't honest folk, huh? Some things thrive in the night and that's probably what tjey trade, hunt, and make a living off of. They could be just as honest as Light folk. There is no need to be racist Torin.

I would go there, it sounds like a perfect place for vacation
Sun always setting, the time where Night drapes itself over the world like a blanket.
Where the warmth dies, and its cold and chilly.
I LOVE THE SOUND OF IT, AND IT WOULD MAKE A GREAT SUMMER HOME, BUT I WOULD LIVE IN THE LAND OF MIDNIGHT
Doesn't the sun rise in the east? So they should be traveling into brighter territory if that's the case, even if. The world stopped. Of course, since it's a fictional world, it could go any way you want, I just got a little confused by that.
