When her famous father gets word of her beauty, he decides its time for Ella Weldingston to take her proper place as heir to one of the largest entrepreneurs in the western world. Ella finds herself being packed and plopped onto the first wagon train heading west.

Ella had always considered herself an orphan. In fact, she was an orphan. She doesn't like the idea of living with her father, and would rather live in an igloo for the rest of her life. Fate seems to agree with her, though has a different idea about the igloo. When a mysterious traveller begins to follow the small wagon train, Ella seems to be the only one who knows about it. But can she use this to her advantage?
