#112 in Sci-Fi (2-6-2017)
I woke up. The date is July 8, 2123. I woke up. There must've been some mistake... I looked over at the date again to make sure I'd read it correctly. July 8, 2123. I woke up. What was going on? I went up to my mirror and looked at myself. I still looked the same, long wavy brown hair, brown eyes, a somewhat tan spread over my body, tall and thin. Everything still felt the same. So why was I here? Why was I awake? I uncovered the tattoo on the inside of my left wrist, the one I've had since birth. It still said "July 7th, 2123". I still woke up. What's going on? What was happening to me? I covered it up again, opened my room door, went down stairs, ate breakfast, and sat with my brother. I would pretend that it was just a normal day, that I was normal until I found out what was wrong with me.
