It's been 2 years since the Ceremonial Duel between Yami/Atem and Yugi. Yugi still hasn't gotten over that Yami has left for the afterlife and hasn't done a whole lot since. When the story of Yugi's father becomes clearer, can he handle who he truly is or will he fall into a pit of despair and loneliness. After all what if Yami's departure wasn't a goodbye, but merely until next time I see you.

Alright everyone, so in this story, Yugi is an only child raised by his Grandfather, Solomon Muto, and with ownership of the Millennium puzzle containing the spirit of a 5000-year-old pharaoh. However, one phone call leads Yugi and his friends to uncover a new world of secrets. "Wait! Mr Muto, what are you saying?!" "I meant what I said, Tea." Solomon's face displayed nothing but seriousness. "They'll be arriving on their flight from Egypt shortly, so you all better be prepared." "Who are they, Grandpa?" Solomon only smiled.
