Disturbia ▸ Betty Cooper
❝Our lovely little town just went from quiet suburbia to disturbia.❞
Hollywood made the whole process of falling in love seem so easy in teen movies. There was a formula for how these things worked. Girl next door finally works up the courage to declare their feelings, they win the boy over, and they live happily ever after, preferably with a cute dog and a nice house.
This formula would have worked for Aria Castillo, but there were a few problems. She was technically the girl across the street instead of next door, she was definitely not straight so it wasn't exactly a boy she was trying to romance, and she wasn't exactly sure if Betty Cooper even liked girls in the first place.
Oh, and it's considerably hard to try to win the girl over and live happily ever after when a dead body pops up and there's a murderer roaming around somewhere.
