Avoiding the Cliché Curse 
"We should strike a deal, White."
"And what's that, Dark?" I asked, trying to keep my voice steady as the words tumbled out of my mouth.
"You should date me. For three months. That's all I'm asking. If you don't fall for me, I'll leave you alone. If you do...well, we'll figure it out from there. Deal?" he asked. I nodded.
"Deal," I blurted out. My eyes widened as I realized what I just said. "I mean no! Never! No deal. No. Damn. Deal!" I yelled. Everyone was staring at us.
"You just agreed, Kaylin. The deal starts now." He kissed my cheek and walked away, leaving me staring at my locker with wide eyes.
Kaylin White spends her free time watching and reading cliché love stories. Why? Because she hates them. She can't stand them. For as long as anyone in her family could remember, everyone has fallen in love in some cliché way. Even her two older brothers. Kaylin tries everything to avoid the curse. But when she has one bad day, she runs into the guy she hates the most. Can Kaylin end this curse? Will she be its next victim?
