The Girl with Pink Hair
Carter Wilkins just wanted to have a peaceful year in high school, but as we all know, what's high school without a little drama.
Despite the school year barely beginning, the students are already talking about this new girl from California. Unlike other Californians, Carter doesn't quite fit the stereotypical agenda; for starters she hates the beach, she hates the heat, and she prefers places that aren't always sunny.
Meeting and befriending new people has led Carter to opening up and rebel against her mother, who has recently started dating again. However Carter feels as though letting her walls crumble will get her hurt.
High school was never meant to be filled with so much chaos, it doesn't help that Josh seems to be playing her. Although Josh knows how to who her, he's constantly reminding her that his image comes before anything else. Even though she hates herself for it, Carter just can't help herself when it comes to Josh. Something about him had her trapped under a spell.
