This is a story about a young woman named Diana Kingston who's being stalked by a mysterious cigarette smoking man that had been watching her house the night her family that mysteriously died in a fire.
Tripped into the throws of the Laurence family, she is drawn to one of the sons, Erik.
They form a paramour relationship. He helps her acquiesce to this new life.
The killer, known only as V, threatens to kill Erik if anyone goes to the police.
He narrowed his eyes on her chest, then gave her a dirty look.
"What?" She asked, eyes wide. He arched an eyebrow.
"That's my hoodie." She breathed in the alluring cinnamonesque scent. She saw the way he was watching her, and she liked it. She couldn't remember the last time a man had looked at her like that. Her body ached for him. His bold stare was beginning to make her nervous. She bit down hard on her bottom lip.
"It's sexy." She said softly, blurting it out.
"You're sexy." He replied with a devilish grin. He pictured his hands on her hourglass figure, it made his heart beat faster. He deliberately looked at her as he pondered kissing her deeply.
"I'm sorry. What?" She looked at him with level eyes, thinking she must have misheard him.
