"White Pine Ranch. Six months."

That's the verdict Riley Lewitts receives after she's accused, tried, and found guilty for attempting to steal a horse. It's a lighter sentence than she expected.

White Pine Ranch is a rehabilitation center, both for troubled mustangs and troubled teens, but something darker lurks beneath it's surface- the mysterious deaths of the wild horses that the Ranch exists to save.

It's up to Riley to save them.

(A/N I know it's a terrible synopsis but I can't think of anything else to write and have already rewritten it five million times ugh)

Meanwhile I'm sitting in Wyoming wondering how someone could feel that way about mountains since I grew up around them.
