Danielle Holiday is the daughter of a famous movie star, and has a lovely step mother who takes care of her. She had a best friend who was more like a sister to her. Until one terrible night.
A car crash would affect her for the rest of her life, killing her best friend.
She immediately tries to tough it out, but as some people know, you can't hold your grief inside, because one day you explode like a pop can.
This novel shows how Danielle flows through the grieving process, and some people just don't understand, and judge her because "she talks about her best friend too much."
This novel is based off of my experience, when I lost one of my very good friends. Only I don't have the boyfriend troubles that Danielle experiences. I only ask one thing.
Please, if you are supporting someone who is going through a grieving process, do not tell them to "get over it" or do not tell them "get your head out of the clouds."
It is a very painful process, I hope people understand that.
