Find Me In The City Of Angels
Charlotte 'Charlie' James is drowning. Her life has been a nightmare since the moment her father committed suicide when she was fourteen. The dark secret, that's been torturing her for over two years, forces her to leave home in Reno, Nevada, on the day of her high school graduation.
Gabriel 'Ace' Walker has been obsessed with drums since he was a little kid. Who would have thought that at twenty-five he would be playing for the most controversial heavy metal band in Los Angeles? His life is like a puzzle with all the pieces coming together nicely.
When an eighteen-year-old girl named Charlie, who works at the coffee shop down the street from Ace's apartment, comes into his life, he realizes she is that one piece of the puzzle that's been missing.
He falls hard and fast.
What Ace is not prepared for is lots of angst, drama, and the obscure past, Charlie doesn't quite want to share with him.
This book is a stand-alone novel, but it is set in the same universe as my other works - Generation: Breakdown and Disintegrated. You don't have to read those two books in order to understand the events of this one.
This book explores the following subject: mental illness, abuse, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Please have an open mind while reading this. Photo: Pamela Hanson.
