In a world where, at the age of 13, a small tattoo-like picture will appear on your left wrist. These permanent markings are clues to help you find your soulmate.

16 year old, Wally West wakes up in the infirmary, after a mission gone wrong.

He finds himself now able to see what those would call "Red Strings of Fate."
These "strings" are invisible; they connect people to their soulmates.

As Wally comes to realize what they are, he uses it to his advantage.

How's he supposed to react when the string leads him right to his best friend?
  ----
At first, I tried to make the story fairly decent but it kinda turned into a joke story; something to work on to take a break from my other story for a bit

I will accept this one four conditions
                              1) it's Hal Gordon
                              2) it's Barry
                              3) it's Clark
                              4) its joker

I can't decide which would be funnier
