"Honey, you're bleeding..." Mrs. Morgan stated, gesturing to my arm. 
         I became startled as I saw a gash on my upper arm, and my sleeve soaked in a crimson red.  
          "Oh, it's nothing, really...." I said, grabbing my arm, feeling a bit woozy.
          "Ethan, why don't you help her patch up her arm?" she asked.
          "Uh, sure.  I'll be right back..." Ethan said awkwardly, then ran up the stairs. 
          I nodded, feeling more dizzy every second.  My perfect vision blurred, and I could barely hear anything.  All support in my legs gave way, and I toppled onto the floor.  Mrs. Morgan knelt down by my side, and said, 
          "Ethan, hurry!  You're going to be just fine, I promi-"
          Then everything went black.

"I didn't think that the first night at my new college would end with me getting my back broken. And not in the fun way. I'm kind of annoyed about it. Not how I wanted to kick this year off. I got into my dream school, University of Miami. Big change from New York but I've loved this school since I found out what college was. I was looking forward to this for a while. I breathe heavily as I let out a small sob. How'd this happen? How did he slip away with Winnie without anyone at the party seeing? Emery grabs my shoulders and squeezes them as I felt my knees buckle below me-I press my hands into my eyes, "This is all my fault. I shouldn't have lost it on mom or Johnny." I brush my hair away from my sweaty and tear stained face as I twist my face to look around us. "We have to keep looking. He has to be somewhere." Emery silently pulls me in and holds me to him. I felt any of what I had left blocking my emotions out break as I let out a sob and more followed as I balled up my brothers jacket in my hands. How could I let this happen, why'd I agree to invite that sick man to my sons birthday. God why. "Emery we-we have to keep going." I pull away and drag him with me as I focus on the task at hand, a freezing hand coming up from my side as I wipe my tears with my hand roughly.

Benny threw down his now empty bag on the couch and collapsed next to it, running his hand through his shaggy hair. "Every supernatural creature is after this stupid Lucifractor thing- that we are now in possession of, Ethan's date with Sarah was ruined, and everything just sucks," Benny absently whined out loud. "Can things get any worse?" he groaned, throwing his head back and staring at the ceiling. "I'm glad you asked." Benny shot his head up at the voice. He knows that voice all too well. That deep yet girly voice he once loved. And when he looked up, he wished he hadn't. Cause he met glances with bright green eyes with a tint of blue. The curly black haired beauty he once loved more than his Grandma's freshly baked cookies was leaning against the wall, hair now pin straight, leather jacket-covered arms folded, a smirk playing on her burgundy colored lips. "Hi Benny Boo," she put on a sentimental smile and batted her eyes innocently, "did you miss me?" Benny just let out a high pitched scream. __________ When Benny Weir's ex-girlfriend shows up out of nowhere after having mysteriously fallen off of the face of the Earth two years ago and leaving her friends behind with no indication of where she was or what happened, Benny is hysterical. She left him all alone when he needed her most, with starting their first year of High School just days after she left. But he didn't have much time to think about it, for he knew that with what was going on with the Lucifractor, she wasn't there for a reunion. She changed, dramatically, from her hair to her outfits to her makeup. But this wasn't like her- at all.
