"what were you doing with him anyway?!" Grayson argues, his voice rising dramatically. I let out a groan of frustration. "Grayson, for your information, all we did was hang out, okay?! like normal people do! what friends do!" I reply, my voice rising slightly too. Grayson's scowl get's deeper as he listens to what I'm saying. he looks away and rolls his eyes, shaking his head slightly. "why are you so mad every time I'm with him anyway?" I ask again, getting annoyed at his bluntness. he opens his mouth like he's about to say something but slowly closes it. his lips come together and form a straight line, and his eyebrows go back to their normal spot on his head. he turns his head to look back at me, his eyes looking larger than normal. the look he's giving me right now is enough to make me regret everything bad I've done in my life. but I chose to ignore it. he's being too stubborn. "Grayson?" I plead, raising my eyebrows and giving him a tired look. he clenches his jaw and closes his eyes for a moment before opening them and looking me straight in the eyes. "because. . . because I think I'm falling for you."
