"So my dear son, please, never, ever, go out in the woods on the darkest night, when the moon is hidden from your eye, never." The boy gulped and nodded.
"Yes Mommy. I promise."
The mother, among many other mother's around the world, told the boy the story every month on the darkest night, when the moon is hidden from the eye.
For, if he went in the woods on the darkest night when the moon is hidden, he would see her.
