There's something strange about Laila Rose.

She use to be a normal girl. One who had a boyfriend and a best friend who she loved dearly. One who's biggest worry was graduating high school. That all changed the night she was gifted with the powers of not one, but two ancient gods.

Now she must live at an Academy for the Divine along with other powerful demigods. Just when Laila begins to settle into her new life -and possibly a relationship with not one but two devilishly handsome demigods- chaos strikes. Caught in the middle of mysterious murders, a dangerous love triangle and the gods' wrath, Laila struggles to know who she can trust and who just might be out to get her.

After all, who can you trust when everyone's a suspect?

Im laughing out loud when she only thinks of the damn person's fault before she fall. Imagine youre dying and your last thought was "damn i told him to put the toy away" then bang! Welcome to heaven 😂

This is interesting. I love it. To be clear--- after she fell because of the doll she knocked out for a good minute right? Or was this happening outside? Good job though :)

This is indeed a marvelous beginning, Dakota! I enjoy your writing. I found it very interesting-the vagueness you implemented right off in the prologue. It definitely intrigues a reader to continue on with the story. Keep up the incredible work!
