The Chef's Bride
#389 in Romance - 22nd April 2017
Chef Nusret's kitchens are supposed to be the place where angel's drop ambrosia. However, the reclusive chef hasn't ever named a heir to his vast empire, but when he realises that he will soon be too old to nurture a child and groom it to take over his steak house chain, he finds the young and naive Colette McCartney who wants to start a café of her own to fulfill her father's dying wish.
He offers her a deal she can not refuse. If she agrees to be his wife and let him sire her children, he will train her as an apprentice and once a year of their marriage is complete, open a café for her under his successful brand name.
Colette has no idea what she has signed up for, her soft gentle husband is a cruel, hard, whip cracking Master when it comes to the kitchen. He tears into her, punishing each mistake of hers with a creative pain and then carries her to bed and soothes her like a child. His mood swings confuse her, but she can't help fall in love with him.
