A modern Pakistani adaptation of the classic Jane-Eyre.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO READ THE ORIGINAL TO APPRECIATE MY VERSION. THIS IS A STANDALONE BOOK.

Blurb:
As an orphaned child, Jahaan-Aara is first cruelly abused by her aunt, then cast out and sent to an Islamic boarding school. Though she meets with further abuse, she receives an education, and eventually takes a job as a governess at the estate of Emraad Fuwaad Rohail. Jahaan and Rohail Saab begin to bond, but his dark moods trouble her.

When Jahaan-Aara uncovers the terrible secret Rohail Saab has been hiding, she flees and finds temporary refuge and learns that she has fallen in love with him.
