Cattleman's Bride-To-Be (Oh Hold)
Nikki stepped forward until he bare toe nudged his own, rested the palm of her hand against his chest for balance and rose on tip-toes to kiss the underside of his chin.
Cully's eyes narrowed, his heart thudding faster beneath her palm. "Don't so that unless you meant it."

"Does this mean you're done thinking about us?"
"And what have you decided?"
"That I've wasted a lot of time thinking."
Cully smiles slowly, his eyes going dark. "It's about damn time." He set his coffee mug on the porch railing and bent to slip his arm under her legs, swinging her off her feet and into his arms.
Nikki gasped and clutched at him, gaining a fistful of shirt. "Where are you taking me?"
"Where you belong." he said, his voice raspy, deeper. "To bed."
