Ever since that night, Bella Taylor can't stop thinking about the mysterious guy that gave her hope the night she was going to kill herself. He told her to leave and start a new life, and that's exactly what she did. She left her abusive home in South Carolina and moved to New York City in her senior year of high school with her two best friends. She was going to start over, she was going to leave her past behind. But what if her past doesn't want to let go?
She goes to school only to find the guy that gave her hope, that saved her life that night. Only to find out he's a teacher...and he doesn't even recognize her. Not to mention he is now a complete jerk to her. It's probably for the best that he doesn't remember...right?
