Daisey's father has to move to California for work, leaving Daisey stuck in Korea alone. He arranges a place for her to stay, allowing her to attend a better school, and stay in a small apartment above her mother's old friend and her family. It's been years since they've had contact. Daisey's mother passed away when she was born, causing the relationship between the families to slowly fall apart. Daisey is faced with an annoyingly attractive bad boy living in the apartment opposite of her. He's loud and rebellious, making it difficult for Daisey to go about her daily life without trouble. Can Daisey make it through the summer without being murdered because of the bad boy's mistakes?
