So I'm here reading ur poem and I'm stuck on my sit coz I was fascinated on ur piece. I love poems and started to write some since I was young but I'm not really good in English (it wasn't my mother tongue) but I'm trying. I wish I can be as good as you. I will read the rest for sure.

I cannot fully express in words, how beautiful it felt to see someone write a good piece in metre! I'm a young, trying poet, and the amount of young people frowning upon metirical writing is truly infuriating. You made a unique, musical experience with this poem. Loved it!♡

I do enjoy the lightness of your poem, compared to the harshness of Betjeman's... They are as alike as chalk and cheese, despite the same rhyming scheme. Betjeman, in his later years would have appreciated your poem.
