The holder of these eyes was a man in an expensive looking suit who seemed to enjoy my gawking, if the slight tilt of his lips had a say about it.
"Please." He gestured with a white gloved hand to the chair. "Have a seat."

Leila always dreamt of leaving the town's chaos behind her, to see the world and not just watch it go by. So, finally getting the chance, without even knowing it, she trespassed into the neighboring territory where the illusive Alpha is claimed to have dwelled.
However, she thought Alpha Veran was nothing but a ghost. Someone who disappeared years ago, a scary story to keep kids in check. She heard the rumors, the whispers. But it meant nothing to her. After all, nothing that sinister could possibly be real.
Alpha Veran had a heart of stone. He was ruthless, a killer, and no one dare got in his way. However, he loved playing games. Especially the ones that drove you to madness.
Unwittingly, Leila became a pawn in one of his games when she ended up locked in the castle's dungeon after committing the ultimate crime.
When she said she wanted to leave, that was definitely not what she had in mind.
