Puppet Without Strings

14 year old Rachel Clark wakes up in an unfamiliar place, only to find that she can't remember who she is or how she got there. She is greeted by a shrill doctor who tells her that she was a daughter of a rebel leader. She is sent away to live with a wealthy governor's family, pampered and treated like royalty. The only condition is that she makes weekly appearances on the government's propaganda channel for
mandatory viewing throughout the Unified Sectors of America. She must read off of scripted cards, with the government putting words in her mouth. But she soon learns why the Unified Sectors aren't all that unified...
