The Boy Behind The Voice
"I don't know who he is, but he just has this voice. It's like no other. It's just absolutely beautiful."
Tyler Joseph was not the most popular boy in school. In fact he was the complete opposite. He didn't get bullied, no, well maybe a few names here and there, but nothing too dramatic. He just kind of went unnoticed, really. And Tyler didn't mind that at all. The only thing he wanted to do was finish high school so that he could pursue his dream with music. In fact, he's already started it, writing music almost daily, and staying after school to practice in the music room, but always making sure that no one ever found out he was there, because the world isn't ready to hear what goes on inside his head, not yet at least.
Josh Dun was, well, the complete opposite of Tyler. He was quite literally the most popular boy in school, with loads of friends and having anyone and everyone head over heals for him. The best way to describe him appearance wise, was a bad boy. But even though had the look, he definitely did not have the attitude. Well, at least not fully. He was never really rude to anyone and tried his best to stay out of trouble and do his work. He had pretty decent grades, and always made sure he would ask teachers any questions he had. But only ever after school.
One day, josh has to ask to music teacher about an upcoming project, wanting to do well. He was about to open the door to the music room, expecting to find the teacher there, but stopped when he heard something. A voice. But not just any voice, the most beautiful voice he had ever heard. He stood outside listening, not wanting to disrupt the boy inside causing him to stop singing before he was finished. After the mystery boy had stopped singing, and josh heard him shuffling around the room, probably to grab his backpack and leave, josh left before he was spotted. He didn't want the boy to know he was listening, but he continued to for weeks, until the boy opened the door a little too quickly.
