The Sky Wasn't Always Free
The story is simple but the characters are not.
Sky is a chemically made human, a test tube baby you might say. He was made with one purpose, trained for it since he tumbled out of that tube- To destroy the Sky Army, the army he was named after. He was created by the squids, he's on the side of the squids. He can heal, he doesn't eat, he doesn't sleep- He is unstoppable.
Commander Lawrence Void is the leader of the Sky Army, the man who stops Sky from being able to destroy them. He's cold and stern, slightly harsh, but not cruel and mean. He's just an old man who lost a love early in this life and was forced into a position that set such a heavy burden on his shoulders.
When Sky headbutts with Void, what hell will entangle in their small little realm that seems so lost among all of these large realms? Can Void show Sky that he doesn't need to be cold, that he can be human? And what will happen when Sky's body starts to move from his cells? What will he do when he starts needing to eat, needing to sleep?
Can Sky and Void become friends, or will they be doomed to be enemies and end up killing each other on the battlefield? Better yet, will Sky be accepted by the army that he once fought and assassinated?
Join me on this tale of a father and son love, as these two fight for everything they hold dear; which they come to realize is only each other.
