What It's Like To Forget
Book One in The Forgotten Children
When Levi wakes up in a cellar, hungry and confused, he knows something terribly wrong has happened to him. He soon realises he is not alone, but his companion are three kids.
Levi and his three new companions escape from the dreadful cellar that holds dark promises that they don't want to remember. They are soon able to get picked by an abulance and brought to the nearest hospital.
But they can't remember anything. Not just concerning their kidnappers, or the abuse that they obviously went through, but their lives previous to the cellar.
Levi doesn't understand the protective feeling that he has for his three young companions, but he promises to keep them safe, to be eachother's family, but when they are being sent to a top secret facility, one that not even most FBI memebers know about, Levi isn't sure he is capable of giving them his protection, expecially when they learn their true nature.
Can they do what is expected of them? Or will their worlds crumble down to the ground?
