That Baseball Diamond
"David, I can't do this anymore." I turned to walk away, but David took my hand and pulled me back to look at him.
"Why are you doing this Mia?" David asked quietly, a crack of thunder boomed in the sky. Rain was pouring around, drenching us.
"Because, this is to much change for me. Too many girls want you and I can't handle it," I took my hand out of his, and walked away.
David jogged, catching up with me and stopping me. "Mia, I only want you," He whispered, pulling me into a kiss.
Wrapping his arms around my waist, he tightened his grip on me and deepened the kiss. Weaving my hands in his hair, I pressed his lips against mine. David broke off the kiss, but kept his forehead on mine.
"I love you," He whispered. I stood there, shocked.
"I love you too," I said after the shock subsided.
(I'M REALLY BAD AT DESCRIPTIONS) Mia Underhill has the lucky chance to meet her states farm team (IF you don't know what a farm team is, look it up.) but once meeting the team, she falls for the third baseman, David Jones. Luckly he has the same feelings for her as well. But once he gets pulled up to the major leagues, her chances of being with him lessen as he meets more girls.
