I love this concept it's something I've always believed in too. Flaws are what make you human and unique. Flaws aren't ugly they are art, and I have a feeling this book is goi g to express it beautifully

It shouldn't be considered rare when a black person is the protagonist or main antogonist it should be a norm that we have diversity. So Im excited for your work.
