Rosalie had never really done anything for herself. She took advanced placement classes in high school to make her parents happy. She applied for law school to make her parents happy. Everything she did was for someone else. When tragedy struck, Rosalie felt as if she was completely alone, with a series of shocking events uncovering a scandalous secret kept by the one she held dearest. Through her inner turmoil, Rosalie had exactly one hour each day, sitting alone in the booth by the window, at a small coffee shop on the corner. There, her troubles would melt away, and she would enter her own world. A world where everything was better, and nobody remembered her name. In the end, sometimes staying afloat is most difficult when the people around you are anchors, trying to drown you.
Well there you go. Is this the most vague description you've ever heard or what?
I just want to warn you right now that I have no clue if anyone will like this, or if I will continue writing it, because it's kinda secondary to Deception.
If you choose to accept the challenge I applaud you.
