i disagree with this because short chapters tend to drive people away. although long chapters do as well, i think the first chapter(s) should be short while the others are long. then people can get an idea of what to expect and want to read more, more chapters.
Tbh I think we should be more focused on the material in the chapters NOT how long they are.
