Such a Beautiful Massacre ✔️️ #TheAwardsEver...
Sometimes, moving to a different place can be both exciting and scary, especially if it's in a different country. But for sixteen-year-old photographer Hannah Owens, the idea of being in someplace new and meeting new people is fun. She and her family move from hot and sunny Tampa, Florida to the overcast and rain-drenched country of England. Despite the differences in weather and culture, however, Hannah doesn't mind the move at all.
But from the moment the Owens arrive at their new home, there's something slightly odd about the place that Hannah feels, and knows is there, but can't quite place at first. Something...eerie.
On their first week in Stoneley, strange things begin to happen. Hannah one night awakens from a horrible nightmare, followed by the sound of the bathwater running at an ungodly hour of the morning. During the following days, things get even creepier. And with the exception of her younger sister, her parents seem totally unaware of what's going on. Only Hannah notices everything.
Determined to know why this is happening, she starts a little research of her own. She comes to find out that a young ghost named Vanessa is the one behind these occurrences and was trying to get her attention so she could get Hannah's help by bringing the person who murdered her a year prior to justice.
With the help of her new friends from school, they all try to find more out about Vanessa's past life, the people she was connected to, and clues that might lead them to the perpetrator. But as the friends search for answers, Hannah doesn't realize that the killer is actually closer than she thinks, and that they will do just about anything to keep her from finding the truth.
