The Boy Who Fixed Her
➽ Book 2 of The Boy Series
A month, almost two, has passed since Ariana received the news that her best friend had been murdered. She's closer to Rixton now, but her relationship with Tyler has crumbled and fallen apart to almost nothing. She didn't just lose one close comrade, she lost two.
Ariana tries not to dwell on the past, and puts in her best effort to focus on the present and future, but it grows increasingly harder as she begins to receive strange texts from an unknown number. Confused, she ignores them at first, but they grow more and more persistent with each passing day. Ariana longs to tell someone, but is stopped when she receives threats of bad things happening if she does. Still, she feels she'll have to confess soon.
Meanwhile, Ariana meets someone new, someone utterly life-changing. Their first brief encounter, over an act of simple kindness, blossoms into a friendship. But could it be something more? As Ariana begins to question many things, including herself, she realizes life isn't quite finished with hurling surprise after surprise and peril after peril at her.
Finally, she starts to fall apart, but one person is there to catch her time and time again. . .
