Fool's Errand ↠ Leah Clearwater
❝Just because you are soft does not mean you are not a force to be reckoned with, both honey and wildfire are the color gold.❞
Born from a wealthy family, Finias "Fox" Octavius Xavier was born for nothing more than carrying on a blood line. A esteem lineage that connects to one of the main founders of Forks, Washington - a small town of about 3,000.
Fox's whole life was surrounded by his father's logging industry. Everyone knew the Xavier's, everyone knew their faces, and lastly, everyone knew their children. They had six after all, and yet, only one child strayed from the norm.
Fox has always been told he wasn't a normal kid. He was too shy, too soft, and hardly outspoken about anything other than wildlife. Growing up, his family has thought this fine, had found his will easier to control when he was complacent, but now Fox is a storm brewing in the sky.
Especially when Fox is assigned to a case of a missing person - a case where key witnesses have been known to see huge bears lurking into the forests of Forks. Forests, whom have raised and loved Fox more than his own biological parents ever have.
However, it seems that the forests that had once been Fox's sanctuary, are now holding back more secrets than he'll ever truly know.
Secrets, that one girl in Forks seems to know all about.
