Sawada Tsunayoshi after 2 years of in a comatose state, finally awake. It seems that this Tsunayoshi is having a amnesia.

Tsuna is in Class 3-E, because he is falling 2 grades. E for End. At Kunugigaoka Junior High School. When Tsuna came back, it is the same time as the new teacher arrives, replacing the death former 3-E teacher, Yukimura-sensei. But no one knows that she is dead.

Tsuna's guardian, Yamamoto Takeshi, Gokudera Hayato, and Chrome Dokuro suddenly transfer to 3-E and exclaim that they are Tsuna's friend. Tsuna remember their names and face, but only that.

The other guardians are transfered too, but not as a student. As a fellow assassin. What will happen? Will Tsuna remember everything? Or Tsuna only remember them, his power, and everything from his body?
