Mayor's Possession (Book 2 )
''That's it, isn't it?'' I tried to hold back the tears in my eyes as I decided to stare at him.
''I don't know.'' the way he ignored doing an eye contact with me was an evident. My heart seemed to be crushed in my chest. I regretted the moment I asked him that question.
''You aren't even sure you love me.'' I mumbled, looking down.
''Of course I do. I just---,'' he ran hand through his hairs and turned his back to me.
''You just don't love me like I do.'' I finished, feeling guilty for falling for him. I knew it, everyone kept telling me that he was never gonna change but I never listened to anyone, that's where I was wrong.
''I do. More then that.'' He quickly swirled and gazed me in anger. His naked chest's rise and fall explaining his raced breaths.
''No you don't.'' I spat in rage, taking steps back.
''You want me to prove you my love?'' suddenly, his eyes turned red. ''lets get done with it, right here right now.'' without any hint, he grabbed me by my arms and pushed me back on the bed.
''Xavier!'' a screamed escaped my lips as he crawled on me. I wanted to stop him because that was insane. From a loving guy to a heartless man, I don't know what was thinking.
