The land is always covered in snow, so how can anything - let alone anyone - survive there?

     They don't.

At least not without the Ice Queen's permission. It's her land that goes on for miles, her power that she gains from the cold, and her wickedness that has kept her the most feared living thing for over a thousand years.
And that will soon be my land, my power, and my throne, because on my 100th birthday, I will kill my mother.

Good prologue. The ending especially makes me want to read more about your MC. I have read a story about an Ice Queen on here before so bravo to your originality!

I really love the idea! Ice queen, summer, spring rulers. And how cruel the ice queen is. The narration is pretty good and leaves the readers wanting for more. This is a sold start and promising. Just look out for your punctuation. Commas are missing and unnecessary on some places. Great job!

I hope you know the cover art from this book is actually taken from Marissa Meyer's 'Fairest', which is a book from 'The Lunar Chronicles' series. You should give credit for it if you continue to use it, and I'm pretty sure you could get into trouble if you don't have permission.

Woww... this probably one of the best book I've ever read. Anyways, do you mind to follow me back?

Hey there, after reading the first chapter - and really liking - I was wondering if you'd be interested in taking part in a competition I host ? It's very simple and most of all rewarding. Thanks (:
