I have anxiety and depression and I hate it. These two ruined my life

I'm at therapy with this disorder along with depression and I get panic attacks very often and you're right. It sucks. It ticks me off when people just tell me to relax.

ME TOO! It's a very difficult thing. Especially when no one except your close family and friends know. When I'm with my other friends, it's hard to explain. They try to understand, and I appreciate that, but they can't.

Have you ever heard of  silent anxiety attack I have been having them

Anxiety disorders are tough. I'm glad you are getting through it. I share quite a bit of your problems. The only difference is that when I'm isolated and at home in my room, I'm more at peace than any place else.

My mind is rembering one of my attacks while reading this, is an uncomfortable feeling. 
                              I have experienced a similiar situation. The school sent me to the hospital as well..
                              
                              Well written and is a good over-view for the people that dosen't know so much about it. :)
