@MrsPopular_ I loved the description. It really showed that Kendra has a tough financial situation. The flashback was done well and keeps the reader intrigued as to what happens to her father later on in the book.

This is a good beginning, it gives just enough away so the reader will want to read more! I spotted a few typos here and there but that is the only noticeable criticism. I really like the name Kendra =D
