I do like this beginning. It is a great chapter to hook in with. There are very few mistakes in here that I could spot. I love the mystery surrounding the mystery person who is possibly a merman, it adds to the suspense and atmosphere.
U won't believe how long I've been searching for a merman boyxboy story

I'm really intrigued to find out what happens to Jeff, and what the creature is. Overall it was a good prolouge, left me with a lot of questions I want answered, can't wait to read more.

                              Hi @saintc
I love how you open up your prologue on a dialogue, it cannot fail to capture attention. Your narrative flows naturally. I love this.

I love how the LGBT nuance of the prologue is not overpowering, it flows like it's the most natural thing.

Starting prologue with some dialogues is the best according to me . Your book is different from the other LGBT . I like the prologue very much.

I love your ending how you add in the bedazzled in it.. Your description was good. I'm very curious as to what the creature is. I didn't notice any grammatical error which is good. I also like how you build suspense. The start was good too, waking up on a breach very usual.
