"The Gods are cruel and merciless," I whispered back.
"You them for this bond they have given you," he tried to convince me.
"The Gods have made this sacred bond a joke, they have spat in our faces," I stood up and began to walk away,
"I owe them nothing,"
In a new world where Soulmates are a widely accepted and adored idea by many, there are a few who do not support the notion.
They want to find love on their own and not let it be predetermined by something as flimsy as a necklace that glows and a Greek myth.
Luna, a teenage girl on the journey to finding her Soulmate, tries to convince those in doubt that Soulmates are a thing of beauty made to be cherished, and not a burden.
