Ain't Forever | Merle Dixon
*taking a break | no soon updates guaranteed*
It's been two months since the virus has taken over globally and left civilization destroyed splitting the world into three types of people:
Those who are already dead and following their instincts to rip every living being apart.
Those who are alive, but struggling to stay that way.
And those few who seem to be born for an apocalypse to happen.
If you were to sort Ashley Jones into one of these categories she'd be in the last one. She's smart, fast, knows how to defend herself and how to shoot a gun. Luckily, due to her location, she doesn't need to worry about food, medical supplies, clothes or anything else either. Shortly said: she's doing fine.
That is until an incident forces her to leave the once secure walls of her shelter. But surviving in an isolated building is much easier than outside where supplies are scarce. At first, fate seems to be on her side as she stumbles upon the Dixon brothers who have the knowledge she lacks. But with that one problem solved many new ones are created, some which might cause even more struggles than the search for supplies.
