Sister of a Diggory

It's the Goblet of Fire but that's not all that's new. Cedric has a sister,  who actually does not go to Hogwarts, she goes to Beauxbatons. That's just one thing. Another is her eyes are red which make some people question of fear. But will those eyes catch a certain Slytherin?
