I couldn't move. I sat there, numb against the tree. That creature, that being. It had ripped my home to shreds. It had brutally murdered my entire family right before my eyes. I began to remember. The fire, the flames. The screaming, its roar reverberating inside my mind. The chaos. The teddy. My sister, gone in an instant. Mother, bleeding on the ground and Father, defending the village. I sat in a corner, paralyzed, just as frozen as I was now. Everything I had ever known, it had taken.
And I was helpless. All I could do was stare as Yin faced it. My heart burned with a fiery hate, and all I could do was dizzily stare.
