Rachel Wood has always had it all. Coming from a rich family, she has been given everything she has ever asked for, but knows better than to let the dollar signs get to her head. Instead, she wishes to help the less fortunate and help them however she can... even if her rich folk parents aren't always so happy about it.
Suddenly, she crosses paths with a mysterious stranger about to take his own life. Caught in the heat of the moment, she does the only thing she can think of to stop him... she kisses him. Unable to stop thinking about this intriguing stranger, she sets out to help him and find out what's pushed him over the edge. She descends into this boy's world, but isn't anywhere near prepared to discover the horrifying darkness of his life that stems from even into his early childhood. The further she digs into his past, she begins to discover secrets and events that will shock her world to its very core and forever change her perspective of the dark and cruel realities of the world.
Rachel soon finds herself faced with a single question - does she have what it takes to help heal this boy's wounds? Or is she in over her head and must face the fact that this boy might be damaged beyond repair and saving?
NOTE: This story will involve scenes of severe and brutal violence towards minors, language and other suggestive material. Please know that it will not take up the entire story, but will be a very important part of it.
