Chleo never thought that she would be caught in the middle of an actual school lockdown. Neither did her brother, Fratt.

Chleo was going to get a drink, and Fratt was walking to the nurse's office, but then they heard the signal for a lockdown, and the sound of doors locking. This was real, more real than either of them could ever imagine.
