Evie Autumn, like almost every other nineteen year old was just your average, unassuming, everyday girl. She attended university, she had that one quirk that everyone thinks is weird (an obsession with Greek mythology, in case you were wondering) and she had to stop herself from repeatedly smacking her best friend daily for his naycare, partying ways.
Basically, her life couldn't be anymore normal if she tried.
But then her normal world is shattered when that same best friend is killed right before her very eyes, and a mysterious stranger approaches her and introduces himself as Hades, God of the Underworld. Hades offers Evie a deal; he'll let her best friend live if she agrees to return with him to the Underworld as his very own modern-day Persephone.
Suddenly Evie's thrust into a world where gods are real and life after death is all too possible; and to top it all off, she makes a deal to live with the devil for six months in exchange for her best friend's life.
Life couldn't get any less normal, right?

Dionysus (Hades Series #1.5)
Dionysus always prided himself on being detached from the pathetic drama of humanity; that way he couldn't be burnt by the emotions that seemed to determine the tangled courses of human lives. This was all before he met Evie Autumn, the girl chosen by the gods who inadvertently flipped his view on the world around. So when Evie leaves him to start her new life in the Underworld, he falls back into his old, uncaring partying ways without even realising it. Despite the popular belief that he's gone completely off the rails, Dionysus is staying somewhat sane. He wouldn't ever admit it to anyone, but the only thing really keeping him from drowning himself in his favourite drink was the task of concentrating on protecting the staff that's been an integral part of who he is since the dawn of time. But then his staff is stolen right out from under his nose. And the only person that can help him get it back before a Dionysus-worthy catastrophe occurs is the ghost of the one person he's ever loved; the one person he never thought he would ever see again. Shadows of Laurel and Flame
In modern-day Southern California, gods walk among mortals disguised as CEOs, professors, crime lords, and celebrities-powerful, immortal, and manipulative. But not all gods are free. Persephone Karras, a literature professor in San Diego, is cursed by her mother Demeter, Zeus, and Hera to live endless mortal lifetimes without memory of who she truly is. Every life ends on her 30th birthday, unless Hades-Adrian Thanos, the feared mafia boss of Los Angeles-finds her in time and claims her through marriage and union, restoring her divinity and breaking the cycle. For Adrian, Persephone is his only light, the one good thing in his shadowed existence. For Persephone, he is both danger and salvation-an untouchable figure who appears in her dreams as a king of fire and night. But the curse is not the only obstacle. Other gods and goddesses shape this world and the immortal one: As Persephone's 30th birthday draws near, her dreams grow more vivid-visions of shadows, pomegranate seeds, and a crown forged of flame and laurel. Adrian must defy Zeus, outwit Hera, and even resist Demeter's wrath to save her. But fate is cruel: if Adrian fails, Persephone dies again, the curse resets, and her immortal essence slips further from reach. If he succeeds, their union will not only end the curse but bring forth a child-a being of shadow and bloom, mortal and divine-destined to change the balance of both worlds.
