Yaran

Yahir was bewitched when he was a child. Or that's what his aunt told him, but she is a curandera, so Yahir is not sure if what she says is actually true. She told Yahir that he got very ill, he couldn't sleep at all, and he spoke while dreaming, mumbling words in a language that he doesn't know and she barely grasps-Nahuatl. Now that Yahir is a grown-up man, he's quite sure that he was just having trouble with the fact that his dad died and his mom abandoned him. He should have been taken to a psychologist instead of getting a "cleaning," or limpia, as those are called. But, well, little did he know that being bewitched as a kid was his past self warning him of what was about to come.
