After the Kyuubi Attack, Minato and Jiraiya force Kushina to choose over her son or their plan for peace. Kushina chooses option C and files for divorce getting full custody of Naruto but after an attempt on her son's life Kushina decides Konoha isn't safe for Naruto, so she plans to leave using a fuinjutsu seal that allows her to travel the Multiverse she travels to Earth-12099 living in New York with friends helping raise Naruto.
Growing up with a world of heroes, Naruto becomes of his own, getting bitten by a radioactive Spider giving him powers of a Spider becoming known as Spider-Man being mentored by the Avengers and SHIELD. Naruto is given the task to lead a team of Young Heroes. As he battles villains of Earth-12099 as well those from elemental Nations as he becomes the Ultimate Hero he can be.

UNEDITED: sucky writing and such, and a lot of confusing parts. Naruto Namikaze-Uzumaki have been abused and beaten by the villagers and his family. At his 3rd birthday he was became smart shinobi who was honing his skills to become the best. But his parents never payed attention to him, they only care about his two older siblings Menma and Mito. At his 3rd birthday and he got his first beating, he met the Nine Tailed Fox otherwise known as Kurama. From that Kurama started training Naruto to his limits, he trained him until Naruto doesn't have the energy to move. At the age of 5 he became an ANBU. He celebrated by himself but the villagers saw him and they beat him up, in the beating someone stabbed his left eye making him blind on the left side. From that day on he became emotionless and takes the most dangerous missions from the 4th Hokage, also know as his father. His parents had realized what they have done, is it too late to say sorry? In this story Naruto's parents are alive and he have a little sister and a brother. The day where the Kyuubi attack Konoha Minato sealed the Kyuubi's chakra inside of the Naruto younger siblings while he only has the soul of the Kyuubi. Ever since then they all receive a lot of attention to there family and the village leaving Naruto alone with no one else he had 2 friends who was always by his side until they turned there backs into him which result something inside of him started to break, not the seal of the Kyuubi something else. As on his way home he heard his parents and suppose god father talking about the prophecy about there children who were Menma and Nasumi they were wondering why Naruto wasn't there but Jiraya explained that he is not important so they come up to train the younger siblings the parents were hesitate at first but agreed not knowing that Naruto heard every single detail which result something Naruto felt something break, as the kyuubi inside of him notice this as which made him look at his Jailer who suddenly appeared in front of the seal gate he then notice something different on his eyes which shock him "I never thought that I'd live to see it again" Then Naruto lift his head and look at the Kyuubi with no fear nor hate just Emotionless "The Emperor Dojutsu"

Years later the chunnin exams are to take place in the leaf village much to the kazakage's disapproval. How will Minato and Kushina react to their downfall? Will Menma forgive them and spare them?
